Beatrix crowned DCN Champions

Beatrix Drum & Bugle Corps from Hilversum are the new Drum Corps Netherlands
Champions in the Open Class. The corps took all captions and scored 83.95. Jubal
became second with a score of 82.00.

Juliana surprised everyone by moving closer to the top two. The corps from
Middelburg scored 79.85, only two points behind Jubal. Juliana beat Jubal in the
Color Guard caption and won the Field Visual caption. This was however not enough to
win the High Visual award, because Beatrix scored more on Ensemble Visual.

Jong Jubal topped the Cadet Class with 74.35 points. Jong Beatrix came in second
(71.30). Showband 75 and Harpe Davids were the only competitors in the A-Class and
Percussion Class.
