Concord Youth Music of Sheffield is proud to be hosting the 2011 Northern Preview event in our home city.

The show offers the opportunity to view the pre-season performances of some of the UK’s finest drum corps and marching bands in a stress-free, non-competitive environment.

The show will be held in the North’s newest, award-winning, purpose-built contemporary performance centre – The Blue Shed in Sheffield (www.theblueshed.co.uk). The venue offers top-class facilities for participants and spectators including a large performance area, 350 ramped seats, lighting options, easy access for all, free parking, rehearsal areas plus a licensed bar and social area.

The 3-hour spectacular will be held on SATURDAY 7th MAY 2011 beginning at 6.00 pm.

Tickets cost £5.00 (£3.00 concessions for senior citizens and under 14’s) and may be ordered on-line via : www.concord.org.uk.  They will also be available on the door from 4.00 pm.

Participants are members of all three national marching youth music organisations : Drum Corps United Kingdom, British Youth Band Association and Traditional Youth Band Association and include :
