“Western Europe is feeling the chill, as the effects of a cold front sweep across the continent”. Localized over Northern England, Barnsley is the midst of a cold Spell. However, “this is no winter wonderland”, as “freezing temperatures and furious flurries” cannot stop THE COMPANY braving the weather to produce their 2011 Show. 

THE COMPANY Performance Ensemble from Barnsley, South Yorkshire, UK are busy preparing for their 2011 competitive debut on Sunday 3rd July at DCUK Grantham with this years production “COld". Another creative and innovative musical and visual programme arranged by Andrew Markworth (Music), Craig Sherratt (Visual) and Ian Butt (Visual & Auxiliary) under the co-ordination of Mark Pickles (Programme). 

Great strides have been made over the closed season with THE CO becoming the European Concert Indoor Percussion Ensemble Champions in Belgium at the IPE Championships.
