Concord AllStars require instructor for drumline

We are about to re-structure and begin training the Concord AllStars drum-line for 2013. Currently our strength is :

6 snare drums 
5 bass drums
2 sets tenors
4 cymbals 
4/5 pit

There are approximately 20 brass players and a dozen in the colour guard. 
Ages range from 8 to 13 years.
We have good kit, excellent rehearsal facilities and a solid organisational backing.

We couldn't ask for more really, except . . . 

We are really short of volunteer instructors to help teach the drum line. Not looking for top notch abilities or vast experience - just people with some drumming skills, some music-reading ability and a genuine enthusiasm to help youngsters improve their abilities and performance. The members are dead keen, all regular attendees and busting to learn. CRB check will be required. Would suit recent "age-outs" (if there are such things any more) or anyone wishing to put back a little into the marching band activity and gain some valuable teaching experience. 

Rehearsals are held just once a week on Saturdays from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon in a central Sheffield location.
