Take part in a DCI event without leaving home

Did you know you can take part in a DCI event without even leaving home?

This summer DCI, via their SoundSport initiative, are offering two opportunities (one in June and one in July) to be part of virtual events which will be featured at the DCI World Championships in Indianapolis in August.

Participating teams will receive invaluable input and feedback from nationally­-recognised performing arts education professionals along with insightful commentary designed to help maximise performance strengths. SoundSport Virtual events help groups to refine their performances, creating a high­-achieving, highly-­entertaining experience for participants and fans alike! Performing groups will be adjudicated on Music Performance, Visual Performance and Overall Impression while participating in one of six competitive classes. Each ensemble will receive an official Gold, Silver or Bronze rating based on their video performance or they can participate in Festival Class to receive feedback while performing in exhibition.
