Beeches & NeXuS perform together in 2017

Beeches Performance Ensemble and NeXuS Drum & Bugle Corps would like to announce a performance partnership for the 2017 season. Although considerable efforts have been made to recruit new members, once again NeXuS have found it difficult to produce sufficient numbers to enable them to compete within their own right in 2017. Therefore NeXus's current membership will be marching with Beeches for the 2017 season.

During 2017 NeXus will continue to recruit members for their junior Corps to continue the Corps presence on the marching circuit.

Andrew Dallison, Corps Director of Beeches said "Whilst it is sad that NeXuS will not be out for 2017, we support NeXuS's decision in keeping their members together so they have the opportunity to return back to NeXuS after this season bit also allows the current membership the opportunity to compete in 2017".

John Dimmock Corps Director of NeXuS added "We are pleased and excited that Beeches have agreed to allow this partnership to go ahead. It is important to give our current members the opportunities and experiences that they truly deserve. We are grateful to Andrew and Beeches in making this happen. We are very much looking forward to making new friends and being able to create memorable performances together in 2017".
