SoundSport results from Woking Contest - 2nd July

SoundSport is a Drum Corps International led initiative organised in the UK in partnership with Drum Corps United Kingdom and is really starting to make headway here as the format, ethos and rules facilitate opportunities for groups and teams to participate regardless of size, age and competitive standard. 

At the Woking contest on 2nd July we were treated to two SoundSport team performances.

First up were Cadence Cadets who performed their "Bakers Dozen" themed show to rousing support for this oh so young group of musicians from an appreciative crowd and were awarded a Bronze Award.

They were followed by The Company who performed “Wild Things” in concert. This is title of the show they will be performing during DCI Championships week in August as part of the SoundSport International Music & Food festival, Pan Am Plaza, Indianapolis, USA and today achieved a Silver Award.
