New Drum Corps in Colchester Area Launched

Alliance Performing Arts Foundation has proudly announced the Launch of Alliance Drum & Bugle Corps. Their aim is to have a fully competitive Unit in time for the 2007 Marching season by developing new talent in the Colchester Area.
