Concord: The Imaginarium - Begins To Take Shape
Press Release by Concord
After many hours of
discussion between members and staff of CONCORD, the structure of
our major production at Sheffield Library Theatre is beginning to
take shape. The “run” will comprise three performances - Friday
evening 29th October, on Saturday 30th there will be a matinee
performance at 2.30 pm and a final evening show at 7.30 pm. Each
performance will last around 90 minutes and will contain many
different aspects of the CONCORD programmes including several brand
new pieces as well as old favourites. We will feature different
guest groups at each performance.
The Library Theatre is an ideal venue, situated right in the centre
of Sheffield and having 200 seats in a very atmospheric auditorium.
It has excellent backstage facilities and is fully-equipped with
professional theatre lighting and sound systems. Watch this space
for more details of the ground-breaking show including information
on ticket sales.
There are still vacancies for musicians and dancers to join the CONCORD
organisation and take part in this exciting production – please
contact RCS or any member for further information.
