On Friday 1st September a number of the members took part in the Individuals & Ensembles Contest and special congratulations to their Brass Ensemble, Hannah Bailey (Visual Dance) and Laura Britton & Kerry Dagger-Smith (Visual Duet) all who took 1st Place in the categories.

Saturday 2nd September was the DCA Open Class Preliminaries and the Corps were placed 6th putting them well into the top 10 and so securing a place in the Finals contest the following night.

The Corps last performance of the tour was at the DCA World Championships Finals on Sunday 3rd September and despite the poor weather and with a score of 91.73 they were awarded 7th Place and their Drum Major, Kerrie Brett, was announced as the Best Drum Major - repeating her award from when the Corps last attended this event in 2015.

During the tour the Corps also launched its own Hall of Fame and congratulations to the first two inductees, Rob and John Swindells - a well deserved accolade for both gentlemen.
