In 2025 Drum Corps United Kingdom celebrates 45 years since its formation in 1980. In addition the Winter Guard activity in the UK also started in the same year so it's a double celebration.

All the members of the units that performed as part of the DCUK SoundSport events or the WGUK Winter Guard season his past winter have been given either a DCUK or WGUK 45 Year Patch as a memento of this milestone in our history.
