Registration for DCUK SoundSport 27 - Now Open

Registration for DCUK SoundSport 2027 is now open and the on-line registration Google form can be accesses at https://www.dcuk.org.uk/about/dcuk_registration.html

A reminder that we are not asking for your 100% commitment right now – this will be required by the end of November – but to assist in show day planning it would be very helpful to know asap what events you are considering entering for 2027.

Also please note this year we are offering two “class” options – one identical to the previous two season where units are awarded Bronze, Silver or Gold (SoundSport® Medalist Class) plus now also a Class where your scores will be announced (SoundSport® Challenge Class) so please advise when registering which one you wish to enter.

As a reminder the dates and venues for the 2027 events as part of the Winter Guard United Kingdom circuit are:

Sunday 17^th January– Fenton Manor Sports Complex, Stoke
Sunday 7^th February – Knowsley Cultural Centre, Liverpool
Sunday 14^th February – University of Essex Arena, Wivenhoe
Sunday 28^th February – University of Worcester St Johns Sports Centre, Worcester
Sunday 14^th March – Leeds Beckett University Arena, Leeds
Sunday 21^st March – Triangle Leisure Centre, Burgess Hill
Saturday 3^rd April – British Winter Guard Championships, University of Worcester Arena

In addition - and outside the WGUK season:

Sunday 25^th April – Indoor venue to be announced but potentially Midlands area *
Sat 22^nd or Sun 23^rd May - Outdoor venue to be announced but potentially Northampton/Milton Keynes area *

*The event at the end of April and the one in May are both dependent on numbers of performing units that register as these are SoundSport focused events and NOT part of the WGUK season.  All other shows, which are part of WGUK events are guaranteed to go ahead regardless of number of SoundSport units entered
