Three months to go:
already 38 performances at CGN I&E

Registration for the CGN Individuals & Ensembles for Brass, Percussion and Color Guard is going extremely well. There are still three months to go before the event and already 38 performances are on the roster. Last year we saw, with 51 performances, the largest field (floor) of competitots ever. CGN expect to at least reach that number again.

Registering is still possible and a whole summer can be spend on rehearsals, so everyone should be able to put down a nice performance. CGN's Peter Jan de Werk is extremely pleased with the development of the contest. "In 2001 we re-instated I&E, then only for Color Guard and we said that whatever happened we would do it. The result was six performances. In just 4 years time our promise to the various participants asking for this competition came true.".

"As is every CGN event we welcome everyone from outside The Netherlands. CGN, although a Dutch organization, has never stopped thinking at the countries borders. The universal language of dance and music is what drives CGN", de Werk says.
