original vehicle for recognising the great work of individuals and
their contributions to the UK activity was the DCUK Fellowship which
began in 1985 and 18 people were inducted. These eighteen people,
list below, were automatically inducted into the DCUK Hall of Fame in the
summer

NIGEL BROWN
In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the Drum Corps activity in the UK as an Administrator, Trustee and Judge, in particular for his service as Treasurer of MPAUK and
DCUK.
ROB SWINDELLS
For his outstanding contribution to the British Drum Corps activity for over 20 years as Instructor, writer, Director and judge, he has also served on the Board of Trustees, and helped with both drum corps and winter guard contests, he has also been instrumental in spreading the British activity to Europe and the United States.
